  • Prestige Box Dubai reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

  • Prestige Box Dubai reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Delivery

  • Standard delivery within Dubai is charged at AED 20.

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

  • For same-day or express delivery, please contact us directly on WhatsApp before placing your order.

  • Prestige Box Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 30 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Perishable and customized products, including fresh flowers, are non-refundable unless there is a verified quality issue.

5. Product Substitutions

  • Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers and certain materials, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

  • We guarantee that any substitute will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style and quality of your order.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Prestige Box Dubai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
