Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to all standard deliveries within Dubai.

We currently deliver across UAE.

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (subject to product availability).

Orders are typically delivered during standard delivery hours between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Same-Day & Express Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for selected products and areas in Dubai.

To arrange a same-day or express delivery, please contact us directly on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Express delivery availability depends on product stock and driver schedules.
Order Processing

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our driver may attempt to contact you or the recipient for guidance.
