At Prestige Box Dubai, we take great care to ensure every arrangement and gift box is delivered in perfect condition. Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
For Quality Issues
We aim to deliver only the highest quality products. If you experience any issue with your order:

Report immediately: Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery if you believe there is a quality concern.

Provide evidence: Send clear digital photos of the delivered product to help us assess the issue.

Resolution options: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Recipient refusal: If the recipient refuses the delivery without cause, refunds or replacements will not be provided.
For Cancellations and Order Changes
We understand plans may change and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Cancellation timeframe: Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Same-day changes: Orders scheduled for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.
